Marvel Marketing provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Pay-Per-Click advertising, social media management, branding, website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and consulting.

3. Payments and Pricing

Prices for our services are clearly outlined in client proposals or service agreements. Clients must adhere to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in service disruption or additional fees.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for services already provided or expenses incurred are not permitted. Cancellations must be made in writing with at least 30 days’ notice. Deposits or payments made for ongoing projects may be non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content created by Marvel Marketing remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as outlined in individual agreements. Original source files may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Marvel Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the previous three months.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and secure. Clients also agree to keep our proprietary strategies, documents, and processes confidential.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marvel Marketing, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, website, or breach of these Terms.

9. Amendments

Marvel Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Alberta courts.
