1) Proactive Communication
We ask that you have one go-to person from your team. This helps us avoid mixed signals and keeps things moving forward without confusion or miscommunications.
2) Prompt Feedback & Approvals
When we ask for feedback or need approval, try to get back to us within 2 or 3 business days. This way, we can keep the momentum going on your project/s. If it takes longer, that’s okay, but just remember it might push the schedule back and delay progress.
3) Access & Assets
We’ll let you know if we need brand files, logins, or any other materials. Just pass those along as soon as you can, so we can get started or keep going without any delays.
4) Trust & Collaboration
Please trust our expertise and give us the freedom to handle strategic decisions. Too much oversight or micromanaging can slow the process and limit the quality of the work. Stay open to the guidance and suggestions we share from our experience. When our teams work together with trust and clarity, campaigns run smoother and the output is stronger with better results.
5) Meeting Attendance
We ask that you show up for scheduled meetings or have someone else step in if you can’t make it. Missed meetings can result in delayed deliveries or pause of service.
6) On-Time Payments
We ask that you keep payments on schedule. If any payments are late, we’ll have to pause any ongoing work until payment is caught up. If you have any billing questions, just ask us before the due date.
7) Mutual Respect
We’re all about keeping things respectful and professional. Give us straightforward feedback and we’ll do the same. We value strong partnerships, and if there is any friction we always want transparency and open dialogue so we can resolve quickly and keep positive momentum.
